Yuemin Ding (Senior Member, IEEE) received his Ph.D. in Electronic Systems Engineering from Hanyang University, Ansan, South Korea, in 2014. Since 2021, he has been an Associate Professor at the Tecnun School of Engineering, University of Navarra, Spain. He previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, a Visiting Fellow at Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, as well as an Associate Professor at Tianjin University of Technology, China. He has been selected for the Ramón y Cajal Fellowship, the Ikerbasque Fellow, and the Gipuzkoa Fellowship. Currently, he serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, the IEEE Open Journal of the Industrial Electronics Society, and other journals. He is also the Vetting Committee Member of the IEEE Trans. on Consumer Electronics. He has been consecutively recognized as one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists since 2023. He received the Best Paper Award from the 23rd IEEE Conf. on Industrial Informatics and the Best Associate Editor Award from the IEEE Tran. on Consumer Electronics. His research was sponsored by the EU SNS JU, National Research Agency of Spain, Ikerbasque Foundation, Gipuzkoa government, etc.
His research interests include the Internet of Things, B5G/6G, and smart grid communication.
